The Joker was classic in this piece, and every time I re-read this (which is often, when I'm in need of a laugh) I still giggle.
Just picturing Harley singing the lyrics to him is hilarious on its own, never mind his "Have you been drinking?" line.

Haha, I generally hate songfics too--the authors tend to hold the songs in too high regard to realize how cheesy and inappropriate their music selection almost always is for whatever angsty melodrama they're trying to write. But you use that silly cheesiness to your advantage in this story and it's probably the only songfic I've read that actually benefited from the song. Great work!

I like this one a lot for two reasons.
1) The reason she's so angry is because he said she wasn't funny. That was used in a comic I believe? Anyway, I think it would happen more than once and it's one of my favorite plots so good for you for picking that!
2) I could totally see Harley liking 80's music! Perhaps even Billy Idol? Maybe I just think that because I like Billy Idol though...
Anyway, good job. It was really funny and entertaining.
