This story was captivating. It was hard to stop reading everyday when it was time for work.
Maybe it's just me, but I enjoyed the chapters from the joker's perspective so much more, and during harley chapters I found myself rolling my eyes and sighing when she'd tear up! *chuckle* though I suppose that is precisely what you intended.
well done indeed.
Author's Response: Thank you - I'm really glad you enjoyed it and I'm glad it had a strong impact on you!

I've always been a bit obsessed with the joker and harley, mostly through the cartoon and comics, and i hadn't read any of it, but i got curious about how people would handle the pair fic-wise and looked it up. i found your story and i am now forever hooked. you wrote the joker like he was meant to be, frightening and irresistable, and i will certainly read more.
Author's Response: Thank you very much - very glad you found it enjoyable and will read more!

This story had me entranced I couldn’t stop reading it I was staying up all night to try and get it finished knowing quite well that I had to be up for work in mere hours yet I would read it till my eyes were so heavy I had to stop. For me the manipulation of her mind was perfectly captured because as she was falling into his thrall, so was I. Even though I know, as a reader of this story and a fan of the characters, exactly what he is doing, had no less effect. I loved the reference to “Singin in the Rain” it immediately had me diving for my copy to play in the background while I read. And I can’t believe that for all my love of fairytales and the role of the “innocent” girl that I didn’t get until now that he’s the big bad wolf and she’s lil red riding hood I can’t believe I missed that before now, so thank you for the enlightenment it will open new artwork ideas for me. At first I was going to criticize that Harley often came across as too dumb but upon thinking about it realistically putting myself in the characters shoes would I have suffered the same mind fuck? As your story mentions he’s destroyed stronger minds then hers. So maybe she’s not so much dumb as eager to believe. The only criticism I can possibly make is that you used the word “started” a lot. You are more than a princess you’re a Queen Bee HAHAHA I just got that!
Author's Response: Thank you so very much. Glad that you enjoyed the story and got so much out of it. Thanks heaps for leaving such detailed feedback!

princessbee, your writing is as captivating to read, as Mistah J is to Harely! I have read all your work and theories on your jokerxharley, com website, and have found it absolutly fantastic.
I am a new Joker and Harley fan (about 2months) but I am obsessed with the pair - the dynamics and theories you explore in this story and your website, depicts exactly how i envision the clowns. its nice to know others share the same views and thoughts as i do.
there is something so magical about Harley and the Joker, and i do too believe that he does love her, just on a level that is not the 'norm' but it doesnt mean its wrong.
and finally, a big thankyou for writing this story; you are truly talented - for me, this is the official story of how the Joker and Harley formed their relationship.
amazing! i will be reading it again for sure XD xXx
Author's Response: Thank you very much - glad to be part of your introduction to fandom. I do agree there is something magical and special about this ship!!

This story is amazing. This chapter is by far the most moving so far. You have portrayed the Joker to the T, without making up a background, or avoiding his thoughts. You describe what he sees exactly as I envision it, and the psychology and your way of explaining everything is just, mind blowing. I wish I could leave a more descriptive and praising review, but words escape me. This story is beyond brilliant (your other stories are, of course, also amazing). I am very glad that you wrote this, and can't wait to keep reading, so few people focus on the psychology behind it all, really throwing themselves in, and I think you've done what many do not, and have done it perfectly to boot.
Author's Response: Thank you for this beautiful review - I'm deeply appreciative of your feedback.

I am so stunned and in love with this fic. I love how patient you were with this! So many other fics are really hasty about the seduction, but your interpretation was seamless! You really did get their characterization spot-on. Thanks for such a fantastic story!
Author's Response: Thank you for leaving your thoughts!!

I thought you were spot-on with your characterization of Harley. She leaps out of the words and I feel like I've known her, like I went to school with her. You made her into someone we could all relate to. There's no need for a long extensive author's note, although I enjoyed reading it. You just wrote 34 chapters of psychological delight. You have nothing left to prove.
This was a wonderful story. Truly enjoyed it.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for saying so - I'm really glad that you think so. *hugs*

Hot stuff and she's so screwed up. He's completely taken advantage of her, probably ready to go at it with her right there and she's afraid it's an abuse of her power? What power? Oh, Harley. This is why I love you.
Author's Response: heheheh thanks! <3

Oh jeez, letting him touch her. That's a surefire way to get in trouble with sex again, Harley! Once again, I'm dying to know what the Joker's thinking about here. Also, fun foreshadowing with her new clothes, the black, red, and white. Next thing you know she'll be coming to work in pigtails.
Author's Response: :) heh, now that would be a giveaway! Thanks, as always

MY FAVORITE CHAPTER SO FAR!
You are so good. Anyone can see what he's doing, how he's shaping her, but what is the beautiful and masterful part of your writing is that SHE can't see it. She's too alone, too dependent on him already AND HE'S NOT EVEN BEGUN TO MESS WITH HER! It's beautiful and so psychologically rewarding.
And the romantic in me is loving that he wants her. It's fun and true to his character that he "wasn't entirely sure what that meant."
Author's Response: hehehe. Thank you - and yes, it's all so intriguing between them!
